Note: We use PAYPAL for all online transactions. PAYPAL is a secure online credit card processing service. If you are experiencing difficulty signing up (signup page times out), it
means PAYPAL's servers are overloaded. Try again later and eventually you will get through.
As soon as we receive notice of your payment from PAYPAL your order will be processed (usually same day, or next business day if you order at night, on
a weekend or holiday).
DOWNLOAD NOTE:To receive a program as an email attachment, your e-mail account must be able to receive attachments larger than 1 MB.
The program will be emailed to you as a ZIP file. ZIP files can be opened with Windows XP, WINZIP or a similar file extraction utility. If you do not know
how to download and open ZIP files, order the software on a CD.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Software orders will be sent to you by email as a zip file attachment. The only exceptions are the Everything CD, 4-in-1 Diagnostic
CD and 4-in-1 Undercar CD which will be sent by air mail.
